Amar has more than 18 years of industry experience in DevOps & Big Data technologies. His major experience comes from working with industry leaders including Microsoft, Yahoo, Motorola and Synopsys. He has been involved in defining and driving the technology vision of various teams and businesses in the area of Online Marketing, Big Data Analytics, Cloud, Marketplace, Scalable & Distributed Systems, High Performance Computing and Very Large Data Online Systems and provided consultancy to successful start-ups (Tiffin Ala-Carte, Cloud Theta, Halya Agro Technologies).
In his current role Amar Sharma is providing consultancy services to Reniac Inc, Consultant CTO to Halya Agro Technologies and working as an Adjunct Professor in Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad and assisting them in filling the gaps between the college and industry.

Praveen is Founder WOIR Software. With 19 years of experience in sales & marketing he is successful entrepreneur since past approx. 3 years. In the past he has been a successful entrepreneur with a company of worth approx. 3 crore (INR) with annual turnover of around 1.5 crore (INR) with employee strength nearly 25 in pharmaceutical industry. Praveen has been involved in complete sales cycles including sales and marketing management, channel management, brand launches, people management, corporate sales and field sales management.
Ritu Sharma is a dynamic entrepreneur who never shied from taking risks. The first risk came into play when she went all in, devoting 100 percent to making her business work with a small amount of seed capital. That’s when ‘Kibana Stores’ was born. Many would assume it isn’t possible to start a business with very little money, but that did not stop her; she was never afraid to see things such as limited funding as a handicap. She was determined to grow her business and she was quick to spot opportunities in challenges.
She chose the product line that interested her the most. Kibana Stores was a fruitful dream; a dream to provide best in class, designer apparel to women at really competitive prices. She had learned from her experience that clothing is something that Indians traditionally like to, ‘feel’ – (as opposed to ‘seeing’) – before buying. Kibana changed the rules of the online shopping game – she took the products close to customers while letting have them the ease of online buying. The concept kicked off really well and Kibana Stores already has steadily growing following amongst connoisseurs of wonderful, affordable clothing.
But, Ritu’s dreams did not stop with Kibana. While Ritu was devoting her initial post qualification years as a home maker, she had spotted a wonderful opportunity that would mix two of the core sectors – IT and Education. With India’s IT revolution, IT & Education have become inseparable – they are symbiotic – both depend of each other. There is IT in Education and of course, Education in IT. That’s how WOIR as a concept, took off. WOIR aims to synergize the two dynamic fields of IT & Education by bringing them together. It is an educational platform that provides innovative courses in Robotics based on Arduino and Raspberry Pi programming platforms.
